We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, requiring 0 to 1 year of work experience. The Sales Coordinator will support sales activities, manage order processing, and maintain effective communication with customers.

- Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, creating and reviewing sales orders.
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and clients.
Coordinate and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.- Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer data in CRM systems.
Analyze sales data to track and report on sales performance and identify trends.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution.- Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups.
