EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing documentation, and maintaining client databases.
  • Proposal Generation: Create compelling and customized proposals in response to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person meetings, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and event coordination.
  • Operational Support: Handle operational tasks as needed, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification/Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices is essential. Any certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
