Sales Coordinator

We have an opening for senior sales coordinator positon for company at Changodar. Ahmedabad location.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting leads, handling enquiries through mail/call/reference and allotting the same to concerned sales person.

Draft Offers and arrange layout from design

Maintain Data pertaining to Enquiry, Prospects, Booking, Collection, Sales,Trial Materials, Layout Approvals etc.

Following up with the clients for offers sent and project closures.

Prepare WO and SO and entire documentation for internal order processing

Coordinating with internal departments dispatch related documents,etc.

Communicate with internal team for installation commencements and completions.

Coordinating with internal departments from time to time for documentations etc.

Skills

Any Graduate with 2+ years experience

Fast Computer Typing Skills

Good in Communication

Salary : 25000 to 35000 Per Month

Location: Changodar( Near Sanathal Cross Road) we have transportation facility from ahmedbad.

Job Timing : 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Weekly off: Sunday
