- Responding to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, sampling, and dispatch related information on calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
- Providing Back office support to the sales team.
- Escalating inquiries from customers or clients to the sales team and responding with follow up actions to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
- Following up with all customers as instructed by sales team or any other critical issues
- Maintaining and updating database of customer contacts on CRM system
