Job Description
The below will be the main areas where you need to perform :
Timely action on Inquiry / business opportunity.
Maintain Inquiry log on day to day basis with proper and accurate feedback.
Maintain good business relationship with our valuable customers, sales persons, other
departments.
Assisting sales team to achieve target on bringing new customers onboard and maximizing the revenue of sales.
Provide training on our inhouse system & training to New Joinees.
Assist sales to update the sales calls/ Sales lead in sales module & inhouse system
Post Shpt & pre shipping (KYC) documents approval from the branch Manager for smooth transition of the business.
Handling all customer service related responsibilities & escalation to sales manager / HOD's / BM
Customer complaint registration
Supporting sales team by providing sales leads and co-ordination
Responding on the inquiries generated by sales within the stipulated time.
Co-ordination with operations, pricing, system, CEM and other relevant department to facilitate the generation of sales and retention of customers.
Preparation of reports pertaining to sales management system.
Follow up with the customers as well as sales for the correct feedback on the quotation / rfqs etc
