Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations.- Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate sales representative or manager.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
- Generate sales reports and track sales metrics.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage sales team calendars and appointments.
Organize and maintain sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Coordination and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service.
Coordinate sales team activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
Sales Order Processing:
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
Liaise with the logistics and finance teams to track shipments and payments.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.
