Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Order Processing and Tracking:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
  • Track order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding the progress of their orders.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and inventory, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Account Management:
Maintain customer accounts and databases, updating contact information and order history as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and assistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.
Follow up with customers after sales transactions to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels for management review.
Provide recommendations for improving customer service processes and procedures based on customer feedback and data analysis.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software or customer support tools is a plus.

Pay: 17,
  • 00 - 18,000.00 per month
