Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating sales meetings.Order Processing:
Handle incoming orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues.Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with current customer information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.Sales Reporting:
Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
