Take down personal details and event details from the leads
Enter the leads in the designated software
Assign the inquiry to client service team with the help of general manager/operations head
Send e-brochure, welcome message and details of client servicing representative to client
Brief the assigned Client service person about the prospect client and his/her details
Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their event specific concerns
Share appropriate presentations on services when necessary
Gather feedback from clients when their work is in progress and handle complaints or objections and share with internal teams
Follow-up with clients to complete the feedback form on the completion of an event
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Maintaining good relations with the stakeholders
As an admin assistance, maintain the basic hygiene of the office, stock keeping of the office sanitary requirements and refreshments
Maintain the booking schedule sheet of the client meeting room
Keep the front-desk branding requirements of the company updated
Reporting to top management
And any other work given by top management
