Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator who is fluent in either Gujarati or Marathi to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing sales operations, fostering customer relationships, and facilitating communication between our team and clients. Proficiency in the chosen language will be crucial in ensuring effective interaction with our diverse client base.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate with clients and prospects in Gujarati or Marathi to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
Prepare and present sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Organize and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales documentation and contracts.
  • Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and understand market trends.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team based on customer interactions and research findings.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
Support the sales team in achieving their goals and targets.
  • Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluency in either Gujarati or Marathi and English is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is desirable.Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both the chosen language and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
