- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing HORECA orders and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, etc.) to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and address any issues that arise to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Gain a deep understanding of the gourmet cheese business to better support sales efforts.
