Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Delhi office. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating and assisting with sales activities. This is a full-time position with a Junior level role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Delhi, Delhi, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in coordinating and assisting with sales activities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Generate proforma invoices and sales orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities
