The Sales Coordinator is responsible for support on (1) management, (2) growth and (3) successful delivery of our client portfolio across the region. This includes offering an excellent level of service to all clients, to ensure that revenues are optimized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support VP and team with the development and management of our client portfolio, that will include clients from a range of sectors, including market research agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies, academic institutes and directly to brands.
- Achieve and exceed the revenue targets and objectives set for the region
- Present the Pureprofile offering to current (and in some cases) prospective clients to ensure we are maximising the revenue potential from each client
- Answering requests from clients and prospective clients, preparing quotes and proposals based on these requests
- Working closely with all other Pureprofile departments, including the project management team to ensure that each project is delivered to an excellent standard and each account is managed in the optimal way
- Updating our CRM system to ensure all projects, contacts and meetings are tracked
- Meet KPI s and Monthly Revenue Targets.
- Strategic, planned approach to generating new revenue from new and existing clients to ensure that we are maximising both revenue and margin delivery
- High volumes of proactive engagement with clients, showcasing our suite of technology products.
- Join with (digital) client meetings and presentations so they fully understand the range of services we offer maximising value, quality and price.
- High levels of proactive account management with a goal of securing repeat business
- Work closely with the Project Management teams to ensure that all of our clients receive an excellent level of service on each project and that every project is delivered as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 4 years experience within a similar role
- Motivated to deliver targets, whilst understanding the overall goals of the office and the company and contributing to these goals
- Strong communication and presenting skills are essential to be successful in this role.
- You must also be a highly organised planner, to be able to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
