Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and support their activities.

  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, inquiries, and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales contracts and documents as per company policies and client requirements.
  • Process sales orders, delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Assist in forecasting sales trends and market analysis to aid strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with finance to assist with invoicing and payment processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer service.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Generate reports and presentations for management review on sales performance metrics.
  • Assist in training new sales representatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
