Position - SALES COORDINATOR

Location- Okhla phase 1 ,New Delhi ; after November 2024 -Noida sector 59

Exp- 3-5

Salary range- 5-6lacs

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material Stores; sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

Ensure adherence to laws & policies.

Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings & propose improvements.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Qualification & Skills:

2-3 years of experience in sales (IT Hardware); experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving

Adequate knowledge of SAP

Any graduate or postgraduate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
