As a Sales Consultant at Digital Azadi, you will be instrumental in converting prospective students into enrolled participants in our digital marketing programs. Your primary responsibility will be to close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding enrollment targets.
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing and sales teams. Engage with potential students via phone,whats app, to understand their career goals and present our training programs as the best solution. Address objections and concerns from prospective students with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and program overviews. Finalize enrollment agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly understood by both parties. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve the sales process. Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and students in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide excellent customer service to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
