Policy Sales:- Explain insurance policies, coverage, benefits, and premiums to customers.
Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate insurance policy based on their needs.Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
- Provide ongoing support to customers for any insurance-related issues.
Policy Management
Facilitate the issuance of new insurance policies for customers purchasing vehicles.- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted for policy activation.
Policy Renewals:- Manage and process insurance policy renewals.
Notify customers of upcoming renewals and assist with the renewal process.Policy Amendments:
Handle requests for policy amendments, endorsements, and changes in coverage.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all policy changes.
Claims Handling
Assist customers with filing insurance claims.- Guide customers through the claims process and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
Claims Follow-up:- Follow up on submitted claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.
Coordinate with insurance companies to address any issues or delays in claims processing.
Sales and MarketingProduct Promotion:
Promote and sell insurance products offered by the dealership.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase insurance sales and customer awareness.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for insurance products.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Administrative Duties
Maintain detailed records of insurance policies, customer interactions, and claims.- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Reporting:- Prepare regular reports on insurance sales, renewals, and claims activities.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance and RegulationsRegulatory Compliance:
Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to insurance policies and claims.
Implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve insurance services.- Implement changes based on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Promote dealership services and loyalty programs.
Team Collaboration and DevelopmentTeam Coordination:
Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to provide seamless customer service.

Training and Development:
