Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant with expertise in the furniture industry to join our team. This role is essential for helping customers understand our unique design and manufacturing capabilities and guiding them through their furniture-buying journey, from initial consultation to final order placement.
Key Responsibilities
1.Customer Engagement and Consultation:
- Approach potential customers and explain our unique offerings, emphasizing the benefits of customized furniture.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's preferences, lifestyle, and space requirements, helping them visualize how we can meet their furniture needs.
2.Product Demonstration and Design Navigation:
- Present our range of furniture designs, materials, and customization options, showcasing our commitment to quality, style, and functionality.
- Confidently guide customers through our design portfolio, demonstrating the benefits of custom furniture and explaining available options for materials, finishes, and colors.
3.Sales Process and Conversion:
- Persuasively communicate the value of our solutions, addressing any customer concerns and closing the sale.
- Encourage customers to sign up for our services, explaining the steps from design to delivery, ensuring transparency and confidence in their purchase.
4.Customer Handoff and Order Finalization:
- Coordinate with the design team, connecting customers with the appropriate designers to create their final designs.
- Assist clients through the final stages of their purchase, including design approval, order placement, and payment processing, ensuring a seamless experience.
5.Relationship Management and Follow-up:
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the design and delivery process, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to completion.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, encouraging referrals and repeat business through excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in a sales role within the furniture or interior design industry.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with modular furniture designs, materials, and customization processes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide a consultative sales approach.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on delivering a personalized, high-quality experience for each client.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow up diligently through the sales lifecycle.
Compensation
- CTC: 4.5-5.5 lacs per annum plus incentives
- Location: Serilingampalli, Telangana, India
