Sales Consultant

Spardha Learnings Private Limited is an EdTech company founded in 2016. The company operates several branches including Spardha School Of Music, Spardha Academy, and Spardha Online.

This is a full-time Sales Consultant role at Spardha School Of Music located in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing sales consultation to potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the main location being Pune but some work from home is acceptable.

• Sales Consulting, Communication, and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of the music industry or music education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
