Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Consultant - Immigration located in Kochi. As a Sales Consultant - Immigration, you will be responsible for assisting clients in their immigration journey, providing expert guidance on visa requirements, legal processes, and document preparation. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their individual needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with the immigration team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of international education systems and courses is desirable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
