Job Responsibility:
- Min 2 years of Field Work Experience in Sales of Software Products and Engineering Services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for PTC products and engineering services.
- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to PTC products and engineering services.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our network.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the PTC ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, and ThingWorx, along with experience in selling engineering services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
