Critical Skills to Possess:

6 to 9 years experience Leading Xactly Sales Compensation Systems

Experience with Sales Compensation plan configuration (Comp plan, Performance measures, Credit Rules, Commission Rules, Payments)

Experience with Sales Compensation Monthly/Yearly process and Retro process

Working experience on different Xactly modules (Incent, Configuration, Reports/Analytics, Connect, Integration & Estimator)

Troubleshooting Credit Disputes from IT side and provide necessary details to Business

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Business Users & other team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
