Job Description

  • 1. Commission Plan Management:
  • Develop, implement, standardize, and maintain commission plans in collaboration with the sales leadership and finance teams.
  • Ensure commission plans align with EMEIA business objectives, sales goals, and industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and update commission plans to account for changes in business strategies and market conditions.
  • 2. Commission Calculation and Tracking:
  • Establish and maintain commissions management software and processes to accurately calculate commissions based on predefined rules and metrics.
  • Validate and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Monitor and track individual and team performance against targets and quotas to calculate appropriate commission payouts.
  • 3. Commission Payouts and Reporting:
  • Manage the timely and accurate payout of commissions to eligible employees.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure commission payments are correctly processed and reflected in the payroll system.
  • Generate commission statements and reports for sales representatives and management, providing clear visibility into commission earnings and performance metrics.
  • 4. Policy Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure commission-related policies, procedures, and guidelines are documented, communicated, and adhered to by all stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements related to commission structures and compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance with EMEIA employment laws and regulations pertaining to commission payments.
  • 5. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze commission data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize commission plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership on potential adjustments. to commission structures to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to commission-related systems and processes.
  • 6. ICM ownership
  • Responsible for any new system changes in ICM
  • Partner with Sales Commissions for Inquiry Intake & Reporting from ICM Tool
  • Understands the data model related to ICM.
