About:
We are seeking Commission Analysts/Support professionals to join our team in Pune and support our go-to-market teams. Hands on experience with Xactly and Salesforce, along with analysis of commission processes and corrections are required.
Shift Timings : 1PM to 10PM IST.
Responsibilities:
- Handle data analysis and processing, report collection, and confirmation of actual results to the financial systems / bookings engines
- Manage quota analysis and plan assignments for Sales reps and managers, and update plans for new hires and role changes
- Support the commission team in data collection and load processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide support for commission-related inquiries and issue resolution
- Continuously improve and optimize commission processes and systems
- Provide recommendations and solutions to problems, inefficiencies, or innovations as part of the daily discovery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team support or compensation roles
- Prior experience with commission teams or compensation processes
- Knowledge of Xactly and Salesforce (additional training available)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including working in a supporting role for commission / pay resolution.
- Consistently curious, strong own the problem mindset, bias for action.
