Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Coach Manager to lead our sales team, enhance their skills, and improve their performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing

and implementing training programs, monitoring sales metrics, and guiding to ensure the sales team meets its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales coaches.

-Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

-Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales coaches and sales representatives, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high performance.

-Collaborate with the sales leadership team to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve

them.

-Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive sales performance.

-Conduct regular coaching sessions and sales training workshops.

-Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends.

-Foster a positive and high-energy team culture, promoting professional development and continuous learning.

-Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team.

-Ensure that the sales coaching programs are aligned with HealthifyMe's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Sales Coach Manager or in a similar role within the sales industry.

-Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making.

-Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

-Certification in sales coaching or training is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Master's degree in a related field.

-Experience in a tech-driven health and fitness company.

-Knowledge of behavioural coaching and motivational techniques.
