Position Summary:
KB Supply is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coach will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing our sales team to ensure they achieve their targets and excel in their roles. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performance sales culture and driving the overall success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching to sales team members, offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement to maximize their potential.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor the performance of the sales team through metrics, KPIs, and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the sales training programs and methodologies.
- Motivation and Support: Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coaching, training, or leadership role, preferably within the industrial supply or related industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and virtual training tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to a remote work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
