Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Piplaj , Narolgam , Vatva ,odhav , Nikol
Experience: 1-3 years

CTC: Negotiable (Based on Current CTC)
Responsibilities:
- Data mining of customer details within the industry.
- Data entry and maintenance of a customer database (old and new customers, prospects, and leads).
- Tele calling to generate leads and prospects, as well as handling incoming inquiry calls.
- Providing the sales team with lead data and collecting feedback on sales closure.
- Implementing feedback and setting up a follow-up mechanism for sales closure.
- Coordinating and confirming orders with the sales team.
- Preparing Proforma invoices.
- Coordinating with the finance department for payment clearance.
- Confirming stock availability with the sales and purchase departments before invoicing.
- Generating final invoices and sending them to the logistics team for dispatch, with follow-up on dispatch status.
- Maintaining and filing invoice copies.
- Maintaining daily MIS (Management Information System).
- Ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
