- Sales Support:Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing:Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels and monitor product availability.
Generate and manage purchase orders and invoices as needed.
- Communication and Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments, including marketing, finance, and customer support.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
Facilitate effective communication between sales representatives and clients, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
