JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an organized & efficient sales support & marketing promotions specialist, responsible to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This requirement is for one of our client which is a specialist manufacturer of traffic markings focused on manufacturing of water based & solvent based paints and primers, promoters of glass beads and road marking equipments.
Note -Candidate must be only from Pahrma or Chemical industry Back ground
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparing offers / quotations and sending the same to clients
Following up with customers about their order status.
Maintaining reports & databases about the clients and offers
Co-ordination with sales team and accounts team for dispatches
Sending dispatch details to the clients
Coordination with transporters
Searching potential clients and generate sales leads by doing proactive marketing via emails, phone calls, etc.
Handling exhibition related tasks
Responding to customer queries and providing them with required details/documents
Assisting with digital marketing & co-ordinating with the social media design agency for design creatives for marketing & promotional activities.
Searching for potential customers, sending them bulk emails / letters for promoting company products.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Computer literacy and typing skills.
Any knowledge / experience regarding digital marketing design / content writing / graphic designing will be preferred
Salary Range - up to
- 2LPA (Max)Sunday week offAlternate saturday - Half day working.
