Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements.

Follow-up with customer for quotation.

Calling Old Customers to check for any new requirement. /Cold calling

Regular communicate with Customer via call Email and SMS

CRM Entry need to be update day to day basis. (Lead, Deal, Quote, Call log, Schedule

And Notes)-Training will provide.

Handling daily basis customer India mart enq/ trade India/Facebook enq

Daily Work Report submits to Sales Head.

Daily basis Handling, Social media linkden/ Facebook.

Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.

LANGUAGE: HINDI, ENGLISH MARATHI.
