Job Description

Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities by cold calling
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development

documentation
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects, market research
Front office and administrative duties like attending to visitors
  • Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward e-mails
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs, reimbursement to employees
  • Maintaining and mailing daily reports to Sr. Management on daily basis
Assist and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Help with inventory control.
Organise staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Process company receipts, invoices, and bills.
Support management.
  • Mange the travel desk (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Take up other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
