Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Reports to: Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or Revenue Manager

Location: Hotel or resort

Job Summary:


As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, assist with event planning, and ensure seamless communication between departments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Administration

  • Manage sales inquiries, leads, and proposals.

  • Coordinate site visits, familiarization tours, and client meetings.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

    Event Planning and Coordination

  • Assist with event planning, setup, and execution.

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and hotel departments.

  • Ensure event details are accurately recorded and communicated.

    Communication and Collaboration

  • Liaise between sales, operations, and other departments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

  • Communicate event details to relevant teams.

    Sales Support

  • Prepare sales materials, contracts, and agreements.

  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence.

  • Assist with sales calls, presentations, and negotiations.

    Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales database and CRM system.

  • Assist with sales promotions and marketing initiatives.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of sales coordination or hospitality experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with hotel operations and sales software.

  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

    Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
