achieve their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.- Maintain and update sales records, including customer databases, sales reports, and activity logs.
Manage and organize sales-related documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.- Assist customers with product information and pricing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate sales meetings and appointments for the sales team.- Schedule and organize product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Track lead status and update sales pipeline reports regularly.
Experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the Cloud Business Applications sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Knowledge of ERP / HRMS system will be added advantage.
