Job Description

As a Sales Closures Specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by successfully closing sales deals. You will be the key player in the final stage of the sales process, ensuring that potential clients are converted into satisfied customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.

Position: Sales Closures Specialist (freelance or full time)

Location: Remote/Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various online channels such as linkedin, email campaigns, forums, database suppliers etc.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
  • Prepare custom proposals based on the customers pain points, needs and arrive at pricing along with delivery team
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Plan and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on sales activities and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales particularly in B2B IT services sales for International clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the industry and sales function
  • Familiarity with ERP, analytics software and IT Services Sales is a plus.
