Job Summary
The Sales Call Auditor is responsible for listening to and analyzing sales calls to ensure they meet the company's standards for quality, professionalism, and effectiveness. The auditor provides feedback to sales representatives, identifies areas for improvement, and helps develop training materials to improve sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
Call Monitoring and Evaluation
Listen to and review recorded sales calls to evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
Assess calls for adherence to company standards, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Quality Assurance
Identify trends and patterns in sales calls that impact performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and update call evaluation criteria and scorecards.
Feedback and Coaching
Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives based on call evaluations.
Work with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives to enhance their skills.
Reporting and Analysis
Generate reports on call quality and performance metrics.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of training programs.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Process Improvement
Recommend changes to sales scripts and processes to improve customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the sales process.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience
Proven experience in sales, sales support, or call center quality assurance.
Experience in coaching and training sales staff is preferred.
