Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and database building.
Develop new business opportunities by qualifying leads and managing sales processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Inside Sales.
Strong skills in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Sales, Lead Management, Sales Lead Generation, Database Building (BDE).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Important Note: For the initial 3-month period, the salary will be 8,000 per month. Upon successful completion of this period and meeting the required performance criteria, you will be promoted to the position of Senior Sales Executive with a revised salary of 18,000 per month. To secure the job confirmation after 3 months, achieving a monthly target of 50,000 is mandatory.
