Looking for a high-performing core Sales peoples - Assistant Manager & Manager with 4 to 8years + of experience in relevant System Integration/IT organizations to help us meet new customer acquisitions, grow existing customers to a new level and generate business revenue targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative in the IT market. The candidate will carry a sales target driven profile, responsible for maximizing new business from the potential customers (new and existing), crafting sales plans, maintaining excellent customer & OEM relations, top focus on revenue generation and sales achievements and justifying the work performance in daily business plans, meetings, inter department relations, qualified leads to business deal conversions to the higher management.
Responsibilities include:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the customers, selling OEM Products & Solutions (Servers, Storage, Active & Passive, Network-- Switch, Firewall, Wi-Fi, Routers, Software, Security, AMC, Cybersecurity and other value added solution based product offerings and services refer to company interests)
Planning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong competitive presence in the market with demonstration of influential negotiation skills and recurrent wins of purchase order closures.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the focussed OEM's and understanding their set of rules of engagement, sales team , sales hierarchy, policies and customer base as per line of products.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Work Experience Required
IT System Integration 5 to 8 years plus experience, customer acquisitions and growth combined with daily lead generations.
Qualification
Graduation - B Tech, BBA, MBA or others stream in business administration/management or any related field.
