Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Greetings

We have an excellent opportunity for Sales & BDM ( Interior).

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7-10 years

Working Days & Time: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Role:

1. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals for the interior

products within a specified period.

2. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends,

and customer needs related to interior products.

Identifying Competition and collecting details of competitors offerings and price.

3. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with

clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Lead Generation: Generating leads through various methods such as cold calling,

networking, and online channels to expand the customer base.

5. Business Expansion: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, potential

partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.

6. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the company's product offerings and having

in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.

7. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and

successfully closing sales deals in alignment with company policies.

8. Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, pricing

policies, and promotional activities to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

9. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer

support teams to ensure a cohesive approach towards client requirements and satisfaction.

10. Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends,

and competitor analysis. Analyzing sales data to make informed decisions and

improvements in sales strategies.

11. Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from customers and using it to enhance

products or services, improve customer experience, and address any issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 7 years (Preferred)
  • Interior: 7 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
