Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the agencys growth strategy.
  • Research potential clients and markets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and pitch agency services.
  • Develop a robust pipeline and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closure.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business development strategies that align with agency goals.
  • Achieve revenue targets and expand the agencys client base by identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell additional services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new business prospects and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Use insights to develop innovative sales strategies and refine the agencys service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in business development preferably within an advertising or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, including digital, creative, and media services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network of contacts within the advertising or media industry is a plus.
