Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the agencys growth strategy.
- Research potential clients and markets, build relationships with key decision-makers, and pitch agency services.
- Develop a robust pipeline and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closure.
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to define business development strategies that align with agency goals.
- Achieve revenue targets and expand the agencys client base by identifying high-value opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell additional services.
- Act as the main point of contact for new business prospects and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Use insights to develop innovative sales strategies and refine the agencys service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in business development preferably within an advertising or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, including digital, creative, and media services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the advertising or media industry is a plus.
