Job Description
To maintain and grow existing business and drive new sales to meet and exceed Company sales targets
To identify new sales and business development opportunities aligned with company s sales strategy
To add value to all strategic and key customer accounts
To monitor and report on our performance against sales targets and company s strategic objectives
To improve customer satisfaction and relations and the image of the company in the market
Identify, convert new opportunities
Improve Sector Sales Team s performance by good management
Provide accurate sales forecasts monthly
Effective management of agents
Managing commercial negotiations to maximize profit
Develop and implement sales strategy and sales plan to achieve company s sales targets
Provide input to the Marketing team on new products to be developed and ensure successful new product launchesoven track record of winning new business Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development role ideally in textile chemicals/technical selling Minimum 5 years experience of people management Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
