Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to achieving company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and target potential clients across industries.
  • Use various tools and platforms to generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify leads through research and initial conversations.
  1. Client Acquisition:
  • Present and pitch agency services to potential clients effectively.
  • Develop customised proposals and presentations based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and post-sale phases.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights on potential industries or niches to target.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for client acquisition.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track performance metrics and report progress to the management team.
  1. Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations and strategy teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
  • Contribute ideas for service improvement and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Existing network of clients or leads in relevant industries.
