We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, foster client relationships, and contribute to achieving company revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients across industries.
- Use various tools and platforms to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify leads through research and initial conversations.
- Client Acquisition:
- Present and pitch agency services to potential clients effectively.
- Develop customised proposals and presentations based on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and post-sale phases.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights on potential industries or niches to target.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for client acquisition.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track performance metrics and report progress to the management team.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and strategy teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
- Contribute ideas for service improvement and market positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
