Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing sales and international client handling, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements for both parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, digital marketing sales, and international client handling.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
