About the job
As a business development executive at Quest Coworks, a part of the commercial real estate industry, your primary objective is to drive sales growth and revenue generation across our various business verticals. You will be responsible for researching sales leads, generating leads through business development activities, conducting client needs analysis, and driving sales for commercial real estate specifically office spaces and ancillary services like meeting rooms and virtual offices. Building strong client relationships and ensuring high-touch relationship management will be key to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and identify sales leads and prospects for Quest Coworks across different business verticals
2. Generate leads, particularly from enterprise and corporate sectors, utilizing support provided by management
3. Conduct need analysis for clients, recommending suitable products and solutions from Quest's portfolio
4. Drive sales and revenue generation for office spaces and ancillary services by cross-selling to corporate clients
5. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional relationship management to all accounts
6. Maintain regular updates of MIS for sales, pipeline, renewals, and inquiries, providing proper reporting to top management
