Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Sales and Marketing

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Business Development, including lead generation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the digital marketing or outsourcing business services provider industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development, including lead generation, and will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making.
  1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and present them to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation in the digital marketing or outsourcing business services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
