Business Development Executive (Sales)

Company: Ed2Careers Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Okhla Phase II, Delhi NCR

Work Experience: 0-1 Year (Any Graduate)

As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by coordinating with different teams, generating leads, handling queries, and converting potential candidates into successful participants. Your research-oriented and effective communication skills will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and building a positive sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with operations, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure a well-coordinated and streamlined candidate process.
  • Cold Calling and explaining to them the benefits of the program. They have selected or shown interest in.
  • Responsible for generating warm/Potential leads and transferring the leads to designated persons for the first 2 months of the probation period.
  • Responsible for handling WhatsApp community groups and direct queries.
  • Be accountable for converting leads into enrolled candidates during the last month of the probation period.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Update tasks/activities/relevant information on various company platforms( Drive, Sheet, Reporting).
  • Be accountable for the creation of interested clients through strong follow-up to increase sales conversion.
  • Provide work-related updates to the reporting manager as required, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
  • Work on the identification of prospective customers via various lead channels.
