Business Development Associate at Carelan work as pillars of the organisation. They are the coordinators between the Hospitals, Surgeons and Patients. Business Development Associates are responsible for ensuring that the surgeries run smoothly. As a Business Development Associate you will work closely with a team of like-minded people to work towards a single goal and execute the business operations flawlessly.
Responsibilities
1. Build a robust pipeline of leads (Patients) via online marketing.
2. Serve as a liaison between the patient and the surgeon team.
3. Understand Patient's medical history and profile to understand the needs of the patient.
4. Supporting the whole surgical procedure, OPD, tests and follow ups with the surgeons.
5. Rigorous and structured follow ups with patients to ensure a smooth process.
6. Explaining complex medical information in a way that it is easy to understand.
7. Promote efficiency by managing and executing operations flawlessly
8. Efficient communication and understanding to coordinate with the surgeons and the patients.
9. Maintaining patient records, updating insurance information, collecting co-pays or deductibles and filing claims for services rendered.
10. Maintaining and improving database of prospect clients and cases.
11. Maintaining schedule of surgeries, Patients OPD, and Surgeons.
12. Performing administrative duties, scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Requirements and Skills
1. Team Spirit and communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with their colleagues and supervisor.
2. Should have a Graduate degree or MBA
3. Attention to detail to ensure providing accurate information to the patients.
4. Organization and time management to work on multiple projects at once
5. Hunter instinct to chase down monthly targets
6. Basic phone & email etiquettes to address client queries & resolutions
7. Healthcare background
8. Flexible with client meetings
9. Flexible with work shifts.
