Purpose Of The Role Overview
The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales activities, operations, and personnel at a specific branch or location. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining branch profitability, and promoting the company's products or services effectively within the assigned territory.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
Sales Operations
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Customer Relationship Management
