Job title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Maharashtra, Gujarat

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of potential customers, articulating the value proposition of our SaaS products, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our SaaS solutions
  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the B2B and distribution market segments.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on how our products can address their specific needs and deliver tangible results.
  • Understand client's business requirements and challenges to effectively conduct product demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding of customers, ensuring a seamless transition from closure to the first bill generation and successful utilization of the software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities.
  • Understanding of General Trade/Distribution business will be considered an added advantage

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years experience in Sales profile.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory (negotiable for candidates with relevant industry experience).
  • Working experience in Distribution sales or commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory.
  • Openness to daily travel as the role involves field sales.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year experience in field sales.
  • Family business background in supply chain or distribution market would be an added advantage.
