*Responsibilities:*

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including individual and team goals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising and floor sets
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store events

*Requirements:*

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience (fashion industry experience preferred)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Fashion industry knowledge and experience

- Previous experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
