- Greeting customers: Welcoming customers to the store and making sure they feel comfortable
Helping customers find products: Listening to customers needs and suggesting products that suit their needs- Processing payments: Handling cash, check, and credit card payments
Maintaining inventory: Checking and maintaining inventory levels
- Promoting sales: Promoting special sales, offers, and loyalty programs
Organizing displays: Unpacking and placing new merchandise on the sales floor- Assisting with returns: Helping customers with returns and refunds
